cooking; i am certainly the best chef
Arthur had been out of Hammerspace for some time, on business. Well - he'd had business, and spent the rest of his time with his unicorn friends. But no one would believe him when he said that, for some reason, even though a few people had seen them on his lands, before. Whatever. Shun the non-believer, is what Arthur always said.

But that wasn't the point. What was important now is that he was back and had set off in the direction of the kitchen, intent on cooking something to make his return a bit more full of smoke merry. He'd learned a new recipe while he was out and wanted to have a go at it.

Little could swamp his good mood, he thought, nearing the kitchen. Except for maybe--

". . . Bugger. Francis, what are you doing here?"

HOW'S MY DRIVING
Mass concrit post.

Comment with your character name (both as a country/state/etc. and their human name) and username if you are not commenting with that particular journal. One character per comment!

This is constructive criticism, which means that if you've a problem with a mun - do not take it out here! This is not the place for flaming, but good constructive thought. If you are looking for more than a "you're doing well! keep it up!" (which is common on concrit posts) then feel free to stress that you don't mind harsher criticism in your initial comment.

You are, of course, not required to put your character into the mass (IF YOU CANT STAND THE HEAT GET THE BLOODY HELL OUT OF THE KITCHEN), though I do encourage commenting on others even if you yourself don't want the feedback (which is fine!).

Anon commenting is on, IP address logging is off (because having anon is no fair if I can use IP to cheat). Speak with me if you'd like a post where anon is disabled.

Which characters do you want to see have sex/macking on one another/having heated make-out sessions/etc.?

This can be pairings you like on your own time, pairings that you have seen form in the comm or pairings that don't make any sense whatsoever but you just really want to see it happen.

This post is for the topic of discussing, and maybe even muns agreeing to make it happen be it in threads AU to the comm or whatever.

Anon commenting is enabled, and IP logging is off. I encourage anon commenting for the initial "I WANT TO SEE THIS" comment just for the lolarity of never knowing who it was that made the comment! A touch of mystery is always fun!

As a side note, the next HMD post should be up in about a week.

Excuses for my characters while I'm on hiatus:

Brooklyn is doing her thing. don't question it.

England is. um. having a tea crisis. Horrible flashbacks of it being thrown in the bay or something keeping him in bed. lmfao No. Uh. Theres a heavy fog lately and he just doesnt feel quite well - its not the fact that the civil war event gave him a headache, no. So he's avoiding people (I'LL TTLY KEEP UP ON HIS PRIVATE THREAD THOUGH, AMERICA-MUN. the tags are slow enough that I'm available for private threading).

Sami is, unlike England, enjoying her good weather. Outside of her possibly threading with Leah and NY she's just picking her mood up by spending time at home on the beach, away from litterbugs and snobs~

Poland got locked in a mall. As you can imgaine he's like, totally so miserable there. Yessir.

In his home, stereo on playing a quiet song, though its nearing the end track and Arthur hasn't set the CD to repeat.

Has his embroidery items sitting on his lap and the table beside him, carefully counting the threads he needs (only three; he's working a smaller detail of the design) and fussing to actually get it in the eye of the needle.

I posted one last month and while people left a comment on the main post, very few people responded to one another. I received positive response when I'd suggested HMD posts so if you'd like them to continue I ask that people actually participate in them. A lot needn't be said - I'm not saying write essays, but if you have even a short thought (ex. I liked thread x a lot! Do more like that!), voice it!
